You can contact Swapties at support@swapties.com, or use this form to send a message to support.

If another member, message or listing worries you, use the in-app Report action where it appears. Reports can include relevant item or conversation context and are reviewed through Swapties' admin moderation tools.

You can also use Block to stop new interaction with a member while keeping historical swap and conversation context available.

If you cannot get into your account, use the password reset flow. Swapties will send a recovery link if the account can receive one.

Support messages go to Swapties privately. Please do not include passwords, security codes, payment details or other secrets in your message.
